These all come with elegant finishes and patios.
For assisted living, you have one choice: Waterford. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, and totals 465 square feet.
Lastly, our memory care design features are Lakewood and Rosewood. Lakewood is a suite, and Rosewood has two bedrooms and one bathroom (companion suites).
All of the floor plans get:

Senior-Friendly Layouts
We've created accessible apartments for seniors in our community. In general, we've tried to group the bathrooms and kitchens together so they're in one area.
This leaves the rest of the apartment pretty open. Not only can this make the space feel bigger, but it also makes it easier for you to get around. Considering that the CDC says that over 14 million older adults fall every year, this should give you peace of mind.
In addition, it gives you much more freedom to decorate. You can bring your own furniture, decor, pictures, etc., and put them in a configuration that speaks to you.
Pet-Friendly Apartments
Pets can provide much-needed companionship, especially for older adults. Often, they end up isolated and feel lonely as a result, but having a furry friend can be an immense help.

In our independent living apartments are full-size kitchens. You'll be able to prepare all sorts of meals and treats, and you can even entertain guests if you wish!

Our apartments have spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers. They're easy to get in and out of, so even those with mobility issues shouldn't struggle. The sink(s) are also nearby; you don't have to walk far to wash your hands or face.
Like with the kitchens, there are several handy cabinets in the bathrooms. Put your favorite towels in there to make them just within reach when you go in for a hot shower.
Large Closets
If you're worried about having to downsize your closet before moving, don't be. Our residences have large closets that you could fit a whole bed in!
One side of the wall is entirely for hanging your clothes up. The other has shorter hanging poles that are shared with spacious shelves.

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us. This is why we have an emergency call system; should anything happen, we'll know right away.
We also offer 24/7 emergency maintenance, and our professional team is always available too.

You'll never feel too hot or cold in our apartments. There's individually-controlled heating and air, so you're free to turn the dial up or down whenever you wish.
